Commercial architectural project to convert two existing 1940’s buildings into one for an upscale dining experience in the heart of the Melrose district of central Phoenix. E5 Design-Build was hired by the owner as a consultant to manage the performance of construction for the duration of the project. As the project progressed and over the course of construction, the role of E5 Design-Build expanded to include design and construction services for specific architectural details. Today, E5 Design-Build and Sandfish Sushi and Whiskey are close business associates and advocates of small local businesses in the central Phoenix area.
