Commercial architectural project of a ground level concrete patio and second level structural steel and concrete patio for increased outdoor dining capacity. Ascending the staircase to the upper patio, views of the Phoenix Mountain Preserve begin to populate in the background, providing customers an elevated and unique dining experience from all perspectives. Interior restrooms were upgraded to meet new occupancy capacity and ADAAG requirements.
