Cabana style living with privacy to lounge, this modern house design includes a full interior bathroom and bedroom with a living room, kitchenette, garage and shop spaces that open up to form a large poolside patio for indoor and outdoor entertainment. Vaulted wood ceilings, ceramic tile walls, glass slider doors that pocket and a blend of wood and steel construction, this residential project feels like home and is the perfect setup for long stays and short visits in a prominent downtown area of Phoenix.
